My wife and I worked with Ingrid and Andres to purchase our first home and I would highly recommend their services.
Throughout the transaction which ultimately lead to our home purchase, and a prior deal in which we weren’t the highest bidder, the Lara Group were the epitome of professionalism. They were always very easy to reach day or night when we needed something, and were happy to discuss our various strategies and feelings about the properties that we were looking at. On a couple of occasions, they even travelled multiple hours (the property was outside of the City) to attend house inspections and out to allow access to consultants in situations where we weren’t able to get time off work to do so.
The actual transaction closed smoothly and we always felt like we were 100% supported by Ingrid and her team.
Beyond all of that, we felt like we could fully trust that the Lara Group had our best interests at heart throughout. They never pressured us to make decisions when we weren’t sure what to do and always allowed our goals to be the primary driver of the process. In an industry filled with morally questionable actors, the Lara Group showed time and again that they are simply good people who are trying to help their clients achieve their real estate goals.
They’re also incredibly easy to work with and talk to, which was yet another plus.

Ingrid and Andy are a real power couple and a breath of fresh air in the real estate world. It was our first time buying a home while also selling a home. When it came to buying, Ingrid and Andy were very helpful setting up alerts for new properties and allowing us to review them at our leisure, never with any pressure to go see them if they didn't suit our needs (we've had some pushy real estate agents in the past). When we finally picked one and were ready to put in an offer, they were adamant about seeing the property themselves to provide appropriate guidance on our offer and make sure we weren't buying a lemon. They were extremely helpful throughout the process, even having accompanied the housing inspector on our behalf as it was about 2.5 hours from where we were living.
As for being on the side of the sellers, I can't say enough good things. From bringing in only the best photographer with drone footage etc., to the marketing materials that really gave a premium feel to the listing, the whole experience felt supported. In a volatile market where interest rates were increasing constantly, housing prices were dropping and the market was cooling off, it was hard to determine where we'd land. With the support of the Lara Group, we were able to sell our home (above asking!) after only 2 days on the market and one open house. We couldn't have been more thrilled given the condition of sale on our purchase offer.
Ingrid & Andy, thanks again and while we hope we don't need to move again for awhile, we'll definitely spread the word.
